Handstand seminar going through the basic principles of hand balancing. The seminar is built up around three areas: mobility, strength and balance.
During the seminar you will get exercises, progressions and different tools on how to start out with your handstands. Starting off from very basic exercises and stretches we will go through along the road on how to get comfortable being upside down.

Passionate street workout athlete who is committed to everyday progress. Judit moved to Helsinki in 2011. She is originally from Hungary, grew up in USA, has lived in England and Spain.
With an active background in sports, Judit has experience in rhythmic gymnastics, track-and-field, played football, basketball, volleyball and several other sports. She has been dancing for 10 years.
Judit got involved with the Training For Warriors system during the spring of 2015 and when TFW Vantaa opened its doors Judit has been there a proud member of its coaching crew. And now honoured to be welcomed to the team of TFW Konala. She is an energy bomb, who is very passionate about fitness.
